Appearance
Dark orange, recalls a vintage Macallan.

Nose
Alcoholic at first, giving way to exquisite aromas of molasses, liquorice and Spanish chestnuts, with sweet traces of cooked apples peeping through at the end.

Palate
Highly aromatic, with traces of liquorice and Spanish chestnuts fusing together and completing each other.

Finish
The initial liquorice and molasses finish on a dry almost woody note: a spicy halo which fades slowly, delicately giving way to sweet notes of sugar cane.

A wonderfully complete Rum, crafted by the Cuban masters Roneri who took their art to Panama.
