Tasting notes
Appearance: Ice colour.
Nose: Incredibly salty, with notes of green olives, wet vegetation, mint and a hint of earthiness.
Palate: Intense but not aggressive, it immediately shows the same notes of seawater and green olives, very appetizing.
Finish: The sugarcane sweetness compensates the salty notes, and a touch of oiliness can also be found. Very mineral.
