Barbados 10 y.o. 2001-2011

Tasting notes
Appearance: Light chestnut.
Nose: Medium sweet but also fresh, with cola, medicinal herbs and mint. Very estery.
Palate: Similar to the nose, with a sweetness that’snever too thick. Mint, camphor, licorice, and quite a bit of chamomile and otherherbs for infusion. Pleasant, easilydrinkable and extremely smooth.
Finish: Smooth, warm and not too heavy, andparticularly herbaceous.
Comment: Compared to the 8 years old bottling, thisversion is more aromatic and even easieron the palate. Its minty freshness isenriched by complex and very aromaticnotes of herbs, and a more balsamic touchthan its younger brother.
