Tasting notes
Appearance: Chestnut honey.
Nose: Dark, with a sweet note but mostly spicy, peppery and oaky.
Palate: Intense since the first sip, with a constantly growing power. The typical funky taste of fermented fruit is evident, with pleasant notes of cola and Earl Grey tea, but the overall style is dry and wood-oriented, with notes of aniseed and cloves.
Finish: Getting more and more tannic and spicy, with black pepper and medicinal herbs, but still a freshness of orange blossoms too.
