Venimus, vidimus, vicimus!?
Only a few days have passed since our last newsletter in which we announced our participation to the Rome ShowRUM, the most important autumn rum fair in Italy now at its seventh edition and this year particularly crowded with interesting people.
We can certainly say we had fun meeting many of our fans, speaking with professionals and joining mixing sessions and seminars… but we have one more reason to be happy. After Berlin, in just about a month, we have collected a nice bounty of medals in Rome too!
And what medals...
We might be tempted to say that Rum Nation is the new Emperor of Rome!
British Guyana 10yo Cask Strength
Rum Nation British Guyana 10yo Cask Strength 56,4%, our high proof bomb which encloses all the dark and concentrated aromas of Demerara sugar, has won “Best in class” in “Special ageing 8-14” category.
Jamaica White Pot Still
Rum Nation Jamaica White Pot Still 57,0%, our beloved white rum with that overwhelming funky nose which is so typically Jamaican, has won “Best in class” in “Traditional Pot Still & Blended Unaged” category.
